- My name is David Newton and this is my blog for my business, Newton Marine. I have been around all sizes of boat racing my entire life. I share this love of hydroplane racing with my late father Roger Newton who started Newton Marine over 30 years ago. It is in his memory that I have continued Newton Marine to be the support that it can to radio controlled hydroplane model racing.
